The Plan and the 1,2,3 System

The Plan

The plan is based on increasing your metabolism while carefully controlling your intake.  Your meals are planned, weighed and nutritionally balanced. They are customized for you one at a time.  We decrease the size of your meals, but increase the number of meals you have each day.  Our goal is for you to have 5 healthy balanced meals each and every day. 

This plan gives you the flexibility to eat out. Just eat healthy and we will give you some tips. We encourage you to eat at any of Houston's great restaurants. So our plan gives you the flexibility to eat out for one lunch and dinner a week. This is in addition to your off day. Anyone who has been on a diet before knows that when a diet plan is too strict you will break it, it happens every time. Our lifestyles require flexibility. This plan was designed to be flexible for today’s active life style.

We also believe that everyone deserves a day of rest.  With Marcela’s Natural Six- Day Meal Plan each 7th day is your rest day and you eat what ever you want with moderation. (Don’t go and eat a large pizza, but its alright to have a slice or two!)  Try to keep it healthy and remember you have to eat 5 times that day. 



The System



It’s as easy as 1,2,3. If you can count you can do it! All of my meals are marked 1,2,3,4, or 5. Each day you have to eat a 1,2,3,4, and 5. It's that simple.


If you get a full week package eat any “1” for breakfast, any “2” for your AM snack, any “3” for lunch, any number "4" for your PM snack, and any "5" for your dinner. We have provided you with a selection, but now you choose to eat what you are in the mood for.  Its as easy as 1,2,3.

If you have to eat out, no problem, eat a healthy meal and go to the next number.
